Hi all,
I had a Barryg thought today
A bit of a daft question but what do you prefer for the identification of an air rifle?
Do you prefer a fancy name like Airsporter or Longbow etc or a number like a TX200 or HW97 etc?
Your thought Gents.

Far too many rifles to list now, all mainly British but the odd pesky foreigner has snuck in
Get a grip.
Snap
just call it Diana !
I’ll give you an honest answer.
I’ve honestly never thought about it and I honestly don’t care
Now I know how Barry feels

I suppose "Even better looking than a Vulcan" sounds better than "Even better looking than a HW35" captain!
THE BOINGER BASH AT QUIGLEY HOLLOW. MAKING GREAT MEMORIES SINCE 15th JUNE, 2013.
NEXT EVENT :- May 2025.........BOING!!
Loved that mallyally old bean, cheers.
As as to the topic at hand, there is a mix-n-match of names and numbers in my cabinets, and I like the use of both from my Light Pattern and Longbow through to my TX200HC and SP-5 .20 so am ambivalent (although I understand that these days, there is an ointment available for that? ) ...

I prefer a combination of real words, letters, numbers, abbreviations and fake words.
Something like:
“Gamo Vulturator X2000 G-ram Tac Pro M57”.
Happy Easter, folks.
