Suggest you get in touch with the Mods, have found them very helpful when I have had the odd hiccup with sales
I bought an air rifle on here last week. Off SilentSniper
It was a falcon pistol rifle. Tdr. It arrived no problem. But is totally unsafe and unusable. It fires itself and the bolt won't hold back . He won't communicate with me. I have a return address. And email but no phone number.
I have spent £330 on an ornamental peice! Not to mention the air pump scope and mounts. I bought for this as I was waiting for it to arrive.
I bought this to teach my son airgunning. He is very upset. And I'm angry.
If anyone had contact details for SilentSniper please message me
Just airguns now.

The mods will assist. He's been around for quite a while and done a lot of selling. I'm sure it's resolvable.

Sorry to hear that mate. Not a good intro to the forum for your lad
Seemed like a nice falcon as well!
I think this is him also, as it was for sale under this guys profile but now been removed.

Hope you get it resolved...
'Windage & Elevation, Miss. Langdon - Windage & Elevation!'
I assume your taking about a falcon fn,12 ? if so just try backing of the sear engagement screw on the trigger block, its the rear screw, undo the nut and turn the allan screw anti clockwise, see if it holds then, two minute job .
Shaun
Was it worth the trouble, Ah, what trouble
hope you get it sorted bud
That's what I was thinking, Shaun, but I wasn't sure if the Falcon used the same unit as the Titan ?
He may need to back off the front screw as well if it's set to single stage --- a simple adjustment could save admin getting involved.

All the best Mick
SilentSniper had gone to ground.
No contact or replies..
What a selfish tit.
Id be mortified if something I sold was faulty or worse. Dangerous!
Just airguns now.
Have you tried the addvice given above with the adjustments.
With respect asking the OP to try and fix this gun is missing the point.
Also I recall that this isn't an FN12 but some sort of pistol /rifle combo.
The failure of the Seller to respond says it all.
Yes I remember seeing the title when first advertised and being potentially interested myself, but as the photos were not of a Falcon factory-spec FN12 but what to me looked like an FN8 pistol fitted with (possibly) an FN12 cylinder and an aftermarket attachment and shoulder stock grafted on to the standard Falcon FN8 pistol grip, it wasn't for me.
Looked quite good though, although as I've said it wasn't (thankfully) for me, as [a] it was a little too Blake Seven looking for my liking (), and [b], if my assumption regarding its origins and assembly were correct, it was either going to shoot below 6ft.lb to comply with legal air pistol limits, or if it had been heavily modified internally to bring it up to nearer the 12ft.lb non FAC air rifle limit, personal experience has taught me that such hybrids can be problematic? ...
I also note that the seller hasn't at the time of scribing this been back on the BBS to see this thread, so let's give him a chance to catch up before cyber assassinating him, yes?
.

Done my bit for the BBS: http://www.airgunbbs.com/showthread....-being-a-mod-… now I’m a game-keeper turned poacher.
having just experienced a bad sale myself, I would avoid any temptation to repair the airgun yourself, if you do manage to get in touch with the seller return everything as you got it.
I made the the mistake of giving the seller I was dealing with, the benefit of the doubt, and it just hasn’t worked out and left me out of pocket.
My sympathy, hope you get this resolved.
Say what is true, although it may be bitter and displeasing to people.
