Dave Price (Wonky Donky on this forum ) is an excellent gunsmith and highly experienced with classic target guns.
I can say from personal experience that his work is top quality.

Another option is Dave Mercer ( DM80 on here). Also highly regarded by forum members.
As for price, you would need to discuss this with whoever does the service.

City Air Weapons in Solihull, charge about £130, which is expensive, but they don’t actually service classic target guns themselves, but pass them to a third party for the work to be completed, which bumps up the price as you are having to pay the middleman their cut.

Try emailing/ private messaging Dave Price or Dave Mercer.
Hope you get your 65 sorted.
