    Temperamental Tangfolio

    Hello all.
My Tangfolio witness has developed a problem.
The first five or so shots are strong but then it loses power significantly and at about the 10th shot it dumps all the gas through the barrel.
I've removed the valve from the mag and it all looks fine.
I've had it a few years but only used it a few times.
    Thanks

Are you sure it is not losing gas slowly by the capsule seal. Symptoms would be the same. They are cheap soft PTFE seals that have a very limited life, I replace them with polyurethane.

Not sure as I punch mine out of polyurethane sheet. Also don't forget the retainer has a left hand thread.

    recoil valve

That sounds more like the recoil valve more than anything else buddy, sometimes when they fail the gas just bypasses the rocket nozzle straight down the barrel, they are easy enough to get hold of, I've seen them on Amazon and (I think maybe even) the bay. That might be worth looking into as it's a relatively cheap fix.
