I was thinking about giving Pete’s farm a visit,it used to be £15 for a full day but at the price ,I don’t think I will bother.

I've not been there before so I don't know what facilities he provides for that money but my local range charges £12p/h so comparatively it's not the end of the world. I'll still give it a miss though as I may be able to do some rabbit control nearer to home for free.

Holy crap, makes our £50 a year seem a bargain. Are you southerners being taken for mugs or what?

Would be cheaper to join MAD...Maldon and District air rifle club...365 day access, dawn til dusk two covered plinking sheds, full competion course in Woods and out side plinking range , outside practice range in the meadow, toilets tea coffee making facilities in club hut, ...and it works out at only £110 per year, which is on pro rata so it's already down to £80 ..that's less than £2 a week....

Our range is £120 a year for full members and £15 all day for non members.
I have always said I will go to Petes Airgun Farm but was put off by the price for the first visit having to include £25 induction fee. £25 for 3 hours is somewhat taking the P so I definitely won't be going there now.

Eventually someone comes a long and P's you off.
