Hard one because I wouldn't want a spare stock if I was buying, what would I pay..... If one came up near me at £700, I would be in my car

I have spend around a grand getting my 0.177 PE where I want it to be, but that included purchase, a Venoman sleeving to 25mm, complete re-blue and a CS800 stock to replace the original beech stock that had been snapped and badly repaired.

£750 would be a fair value for the rarity.

I'd go a little less, as they are a bit crap at 12FP, so need need to factor in a sleeve down conversion.. but still £600 min.

I bought 2off pro elites over a year ago. Id day your. 177cal should be worth around the £750 mark due to the calibre rarity.

Having had 2 Pro Elites that I bought new, I think prices are simply way beyond what I'd ever pay for one now.

I'd draw the line at 450 so expect never to own one again.

    No mention of condition.

Rarity means very little to me if it’s a dog!

I would probably pay £5/600 for a as new example just for curiosity.

But I would only pay £3/400 for a used one.

What it's worth and whjat folks will pay are 2 different numbers.

Given that a new Pro Sport in walnut comes in at just shy of £700, for a rare and obsolete Pro Elite with both a factory walnut and a beech stock, £750 in good condition still seems reasonable to me.

    Pro Elite

Thanks very much for the input guys. For once JB I have to disagree with you as my pro elite shoots lovely in .177 and is standard. I'm reducing my collection so was looking for a figure if I decide to sell. Oh and the rifle is Excellent condition. Mach 1.5

to be fair I've only tried them at 12 FP in .22, not the lickle calibre. I imagine it would be better, but still sloowwwww.

My 20FP PE in Zambia is very nice in factory configuration though - no sleeving required

IMO if its a minter then it would be a shame to start messing with it, leave as standard. No idea on value as for what ever reason they are not something I have hankered after. If you like them though I would have a good think before letting it go as you will struggle to replace it. Regards Max.
