never a classic, but a reasonable enough rifle from the 80s.. I guess I'd pay around £50 for one in average used if I wanted to rekindle my youth ?
Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.

That sounds on the high side, unless it was genuinely mint or near-mint and maybe came with a decent period scope as well.

    I’d say £90 for a decent one.

Also disregards the sales section rules in terms of payment too .

Paypal by gift is a not allowed on here. No way of getting your money back if the sale goes bad .

Common enough to ask for payment like that. mods don't seem to enforce the rules and I don't think there is any way of reporting transgressions either. Let it be until the site decides to act.

Black triangle on the bottom left of the box is the report button. or the contact us on the main page at the bottom .

The paypal situation has arisen on here many times when items have either not turned up or the item was not as described and then the buyer tries to get their money back and Paypal says "NOPE" its in our terms and conditions its not to be used for firearms .

Paypal by gift gives no protection at all if I remember right .

The next thing that I need to advise you is that Personal/Gift transactions are not covered under our Buyer Protection Policy.

Why put yourself in the situation where you may not get your money back ? It was one of the most used payments for scammers also .

The Grahams used it a lot

The rule is there for all to see that its prohibited but some seem to thing the rules don't affect them .

The Mods cant possibly look at every post in sales to see if the person is abiding by the sales rules unless they moderate every post before it goes live like some other forums do .

I've been selling rifles pistols on this site for the last 10 years never had a problem with PayPal you have to use gift because you can't receive money on PayPal for firearms
