Yes seen a bull barrel 80 but it was never advertised with a varminter stock so maybe a customer one off? Mach 1.5

Just caught up with this thread nice one chaps a very interesting read

Out of interest did venom ever dabble with the HW50? The Mk1 ‘proper’ version which from what I gather was actually Hans Weihrauchs own favourite model.

I actually got hull cartridge to confirm when they first started to import the later Mk2 HW50 (euro) or HW99s as we know it in the U.K. which was back in 1996 hence with the Mk1 HW50 being around during the venom golden age just curious if venom ever actually bothered with Hans favourite?

I personally think the HW99s didn’t really get that popular over here until the later part of the noughties as it was quite often overlooked as the more junior or starter runt of the litter before folks cottoned on that it was actually more apt for sub 12 use etc.

    Venom HW50

In answer to your question. Yes. Our own JT had his tuned and wrote an article called Ha Waii 50 for AGW in the early 80s. So when they were at trapshot, this tune found its way into the HW55T as it uses the same cylinder platform as the 50. They never produced a full custom job and gave it an name so hence not on the list. A friend of mine owns one with a full reblue, tune, barrel chop and executive silencer when they were venomac.
