If not available from the usual spares suppliers, maybe worth trying Air Arms directly?
Hi i have a new to me prosport, the end of the barrel has an internal thread, but the cap is missing, does anyone know where i could source one? i have looked at the usual spares places, but the exploded diagrams do not show this part,is it a standard fitment?
Thanks

Will do thanks tony,so the internal thread is standard on the prosport?is there a specific name for the part? end cap?,thread protector?
Does the AA TX HC screw-in plenum insert fit the Prosport?
As far as I know, the prosport has never had a threaded end, maybe a previous owner removed the original end plug and baffles, so they could thread it for a silencer.

Thanks for the reply guys, so maybe I should start looking for a silencer
Maybe somebody put the HC shroud on a PS.

yeah, sounds like a modification - not a bad one either if done accurately. Just find a compact male threaded silencer.
Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.
Just had a reply from air arms, they seem to think I have lost a baffle and have asked for a photo, so will do and see what they say
hope you get it sorted bud
I replaced my shroud a couple of years ago and there was no thread on the old one or the new one, I seem to remember there are 5 baffles in the end.
