I tried to get a local company in St. Ives to make a some a few years back. Sure they would - I had to buy at least ten and they worked out at about £80 each... I didn't go any further with it.
Yes - been there and done that. My fault entirely. Those nice folk in Fulton's straightened it out for me on the spot. I was a little worried about it being weakened but it has survived the past 20 odd years of use.
