It's becoming a bit of a side hobby of mine. I sleaved down the port on a standard from 5.5 (5.6 ?) mm to 3.2mm, with great results. Got meteors running 11 FP+, and long stroked airsporters fitted with Diana seals for power and smoothness. I'm not against leather seals and keeping the guns standard, but sometimes they either just need to be improved.. or I just can't help myself

The wobley service might be my next challenge.
Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.

yeah, just sleeve it down... telescopic radio antennae are a good source of thin walled tubed. Loctite will secure them just fine - the face that is exposed to air pressure is tiny, and the lateral surface area that is glued into the port, is relatively large.

    Glue

Sweet . Thought drilled and tapped but couldn't see how to do that unless only on a break barrel . See the point re. surface area vs frontal blast . Glued so much easier .
