    Homemade Lincoln pistol

    One for the engineers:

Looks quite nice when it’s new.

    That’s some impressive work!
I’m hopeful that one day I will be able to find the time to have a go at something like this, already too many projects on the go presently though…

Ah yes, 'waste of space Stace', the 'nutter from Down Under'! Never was so much metalworking talent contained within such an unpleasant person... PM for details if you must, although I'd rather you didn't.

    Yes, Danny,

undoubtedly, Grant's a very talented machinist.

His BBS membership didn't last long after admin read some of his posts on the Yellow forum.

    All the best Mick

Let us just say that he has been banned from every airgun forum, and rumour has it that he has been banned from his own.

No doubt he is a fantastic machinist, and I was happy to provide him with all the dimensions etc,of my Lincoln for his project. Compared to his skill and experience, I am just an amateur bodger.

No, Frank, I'd forgotten all about him. (Until now)

It says a lot about my dedication to vintage airguns that I haven't deleted all traces of Grant from the American Vintage Airgun forum's database.

Ok..I’ve been brought up to speed,
Seems some talented individuals lack people skills!

Sorry to dredge up painful memories, sounds like he’s been ‘Cancelled’ anyways

    Cheers,
    Matt

Except with this story there's 50 on one side of the story, and a single one on the other. But you believe what you want.

It is very unfortunate to read that such a talented man with golden hands might compensate with a possible psychological shortcoming. I admire his aesthetic insight.
