    Holts April sealed bids sale

A phenomenal number of air rifles and pistols coming up in this sale, old and modern. Lots and lots of Webleys, BSAs, FWBs, Air Arms, match rifles, hunting rifles, break barrels, underlevers, pistols, etc. You name it, it's there. Some are bound to sell for peanuts. Talk about swamping the market...

You are right Danny. Wow. Looks like lots of people unloading (forgive the pun) collections.

Maybe unloading stuff to raise funds, some will be estate sales from people passing away.

I see the bent barrel tell 3 is still hanging around, I’ve lost count of how many auctions that’s been in.

At a reserve of £800 plus vat plus commission plus vat on the commission I predict it will be in the next auction too
    Morally flawed

Not the only thing 'bent' at some auctions

I'm tempted by several on that list but, bloody hell, the 'buyers fees'!

Adds nigh on 100 quid to a (potential) £300 purchase.
