Im sitting here 3 glasses deep in a bottle of red and Im really looking forward to making an arse of myself as I still haven't pulled the trigger of my rifles in near on a year (cataract)
Ive got a few weekends to figure out the blunt end from the loud end before I head down to meet old friends and new ones and Im really looking forward to it.

Im assuming there might be a sign of some sorts opposite the garden nursery so that this daft jock doesn't turn into the wrong bloody gate

Similarly, due to things dragging on post cataract op, I haven't shot since the middle of November. Due to get new glasses soon so I will be, hopefully, driving just in the nick of time for The Bash. Car also requires MOT, service and taxing once I'm able to drive. Can't wait to get shooting again.

Yes, as Pauly says, there'll be a sign at the entrance to the land on the opposite side of the road to the garden centre; you'll be fine.

And, yes, bring that 300 along for some bell target fun. You'll love it and I'm sure you'll perform admirably. And even if you didn't (I don't!), who cares? No-one's there to judge. It's just about being there, chilled and relaxed, in the company of fellow, like-minded, genuine people.

Well projectile vomiting that distance is quite a feat too, found a new drink that my Meds dont mnd in small doses, Cherry Krupnik which is a Polish Vodka based Liquer so may stash a bottle in my bag for the bash should funds allow.
