25mm preload washers

Greetings all,

I'm having trouble locating a supplier for 25mm OD delrin/acetel preload washers.

I've tried the usual online stores and dropped Tinbum a message but no luck so far.

Any tips please?

Thanks Neil, I want 25mm od and probably 1mm thick.

You can buy a sheet of 1mm delrin 100mm x 100mm for £2.79 on the bay, cut the size you want with scissors/snips.
On a lathe the blade will waste 3mm for every 1mm slice off a round bar.

If you need washers, you need to specify the I'd ( hole).

If its discs you want, it's quicker and cheaper to get the sheet as above.

I bought a sheet of delrin off that auction site. A bit more expansive than expected but whatever.
