can i ask what the gain is in these over single shot springers?
You'd need to cock it each time anyway so isnt adding a mag or pellet rail just a gimmick to add extra £££'s?

Less fiddling around for a pellet, especially with cold or big hands - or in the dark.
Slightly faster reloading.
.
I used to have a Goldstar, wish I'd never swapped it.
The mag system makes rapid second shots dead easy for clumsy sods like me who drop all their pellets when they are in a hurry.
Makes plinking expensive because throwing lead down the range just gets soooo easy.

Wanted - Venom Mach 1/2 Trigger
i still own an airarms firepower
i could shoot 4 shots to my mates 1 ,no messing round in pockets for pellets,
but.....the gun jammed quite a lot as it was rather pellet fussy,
so one day off went the "tube" and i never looked back
yeah .... "where's mr pad" ?
JASON..
lots of takedowns
I think you are looking at this from the wrong angle, personally, id prefer my 'bearer' to hand me a loaded (safety on) tx200mk3, if a 2nd shot is required
Andy-thats no way to describe Davestate
I can see one problem with multishot springers, "did I fire 5 shots or did I fire 6?" On a pcp if you think you have emptied the mag you can dry fire to make sure. I wouldn't want to be thinking that there may not be a pellet in the breech and I was going to ruin an expensive and cherished gun by dry firing it. Not my cup of tea

I am only interested in airguns with military stock, so I only know as spring-powered:Originally Posted by MANXI

BAM XS-B8-1 (very short time produced mulit-shoot-version of BAM XS-B3-1, multi-shot does not work with normal pellets)
Of course the power of this airguns is not high; the BMA is around 11 Joule, the VZ around 6 Joule, the others below.
VZ47 are not very difficult to buy the best choice for usage.

The inline tube is very fussy with pellet choice RWS Superdomes were the best IMO (I should know it I've tested 1000's of pellets)
As for shooting quicker shots than my mates. I shot down a pyramid of cans before he finished his second shot

Got it from G. Bates in 1987 (14yrs old then ) for £90. However the laser, scope, bipod, logun lamp are added extras over the years
It's not dipped it has No-Mar tape on it, cheaper option than Hydrographics (supporting 3 kids & a wife don't come cheap )
