If the pressure inside is 800psi....Then it's 800psi, everywhere, at the base, in the middle, & at the neck.

pressure is pressure, it will equalise in whatever space it occupies.

Only it's it's laid flat. If its upright it'll sink to the bottom.

That's logic that is!
