    Got the 1377 already.

Could very easily fancy one of the newer, .22 versions, the 1322......Shoulder stock, steel breech, longer probe, flat top piston and valve conversion, trigger mod, long barrel....

I reckon about 9 ft.lbs ought to be easily attainable in this guise, with 10 pumps, and still a recoilless, affordable and self-contained ratter par excellence??

The only slight downside is that with the breech and a scope, they can be fiddly little beggars to load, especially in low light when you've just spotted Roland!

I quite fancy a 1377... I will see if the local shop has any in stock. I'm off to buy another 2240 at weekend, I've finished the one I'm working on (just waiting for a silencer to arrive) but not sure if it can be called a pistol anymore lol

Very nice looking carbine, young man. Well done.
Have you run it over a chrono?

Certainly have, tinkering without having a chrono is a bad idea... Everything is above board

did have a slight problem though - let the wife have a go and those immortal words arrived - go buy me one !

so off i pottered and here she is after i made a start with her - silencer fitted and trigger assembly all polished and now smooth as silk

must admit i think they will make a lovely pair ( no smut intended ) when finished - i think this crosman hobby is going to be a wee bit expensive !

Looks good dude, what are your next mods going to be ??

Here's mine (which I reckon will be the first of many). It has had a hammer de-burr and polish, the trigger spring lightened and the sear and trigger polished, steel breech fitted with weaver rail topped off with a Swift Stubby silencer and a 2x20 pistol scope. Also, I picked out the lettering with engravers wax after someone posted the method on here. Very happy with it but they get expensive.
