Hawke Airmax

Hawke scopes are fine for air rifles and .22 rimfire. Anything more then they struggle.

It's down to your eyes & fine tuning the scope, I use a Hawke Sidewinder on my HMR & Airmax 30SF on my Hornet CF, while my RFD tells me the Airmax 30 is very popular with the local foxers on 223's with NV

May well be popular but had one on my .223 and didn't rate it at all Milky at distance!!!!

Don't rate them myself either, popular with fox shooters though because the coatings they use work well with night vision, downside is they don't work very well for those that want them as a normal scope

at £130 I would spend a bit more and get a Nikon Prostaff but that's just my own preference. Its allways best to use as many as you can and decide for yourself.

My 6-24x50 30 SF is crystal clear, first day I had it I watched a tractor ploughing other side of the valley, 3.5km according to the OS map.

I have just purchased a Hawke Endurance 6-24x50 mil dot centre dot run out model and I'm pretty certain that it is mechanically the same as the Airmax but with different knobs on, to say I'm bowled over is an understatement.
