Once again, the BBS comes to the fore.

Whilst I am always amazed, I am not surprised.

However, I will never take this for granted.

    Thank you.

Actually, this really has become a team effort over the years.

I will NEVER forget what good people there are on here.

Excellent effort from the regular members on here yet again and the ''usual suspects'' bidding for this hallowed badge coveted by every squaddie thats ever shot a rifle.

Well done lads . The longer the Afghan conflict continues the more I realise how important our collective efforts become to boost the morale of these young lads at the front. I and Cliffy have met many of these young squaddies and its plain to see how much they cherish anything arriving from home. We the above lads in this new auction thread are doing a good and decent thing here and its those same lads who make me proud, not only to be English (which ain't easy these days ) but proud of being a member of this forum and the members who have supported Cliff and myself from the start. The generosity you lads have shown and carry on showing is not only heart warming but amazing .

Thanks again for this without you lot Cliff and myself could not have achieved a tiny proportion of the volume of parcels we have now sent .
