Preparation time and relaxation for me today in anticipation of a 10m A/P competition at Havant on Sunday

That'll be more like a BLATT and a splat than a BOING - in fact 60 BLATT's plus sighters

Sorry for non-appearance yesterday evening. I had another appointment with the eye people late yesterday afternoon and they put these drops into your eyes to dilate the pupils. Could hardly see, so sat in darkened bedroom for a while.....then fell asleep, woke up and it was really late and still blurry....doggy walk and bed.
