Just measured the spare o-ring from Sureshot at 19.05mm OD with 2.44mm thickness. Sounds similar to the one you are looking for Muzzie (~19mm OD, 15mm ID). Seems to be something wrong with my browser as I can not find any part listings or urethane o-rings on the site or on their bay link.

How did you get on sourcing the urethane 'O' rings?

    Cheers,

    Angry

Tried again this morning with the spare piercer, shot twice then makes a louder shot, then it's just like dry firing.
When I go to remove the co2 it is just slowly releasing air, the oring has blown again, I would have thought that the chamber would have been full of air, just a thought , could I be over tightening the piercer??
I think I read that your not supposed to tighten too much with the tool supplied.

Any ideas....running out of o rings, co2, ...and my love for air guns.

After piercing the CO2 are you backing of the screw cap a quarter turn to allow a free flow of gas?
