Finally want to pick up a HW30s and they look like the best option.
What do you mean by "still safe" ??
    They're a well established dealer.

or is this just some non existent "Brexit" scare

More concerned about the ever-changing winds regarding import, and the whims and fancies of our wonderful Customs and Excise agency.
I've been out of the loop a few months, and things can turn on a penny when it comes to posting and import.

Good to know it's still a safe option.

Though I may ask around here first, see if anyone is willing to part with their pretty little HW30s.

Surely the 30s is a sub-6 rifle anyway no?

depending on calibre, could be 7 or so...
Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.

I'm honestly not that fussed about the difference between 5 and 7 FPE, going to be using it as a short range target rifle and plinker with a williams peep sight. I'll be opening it up straight away to deburr and relube so I can always whack a washer or two in there if I think it needs it.

Incidentally has anyone used the dedicated HW moddy that slips over the foresight?

So long as we are in the EU custom really does not come into the equation. I bought an expensive barrel from them and got it within a week. Their communication is weak though, so don't expect prompt replies to your email.

Funnily enough they've been quite communicative, I've got a tracking number and everything.
Not worried about VAT-type customs shenanigans so much as some customs bod deciding that the airgun I am importing is illegal/overpowered/looks scary etc.; I remember how quickly things changed with posting airguns just a few years ago. Almost overnight we were restricted to Parcelfarce, and a lot of people had guns destroyed at the RM's NI depot.

Of course the worst thing about all of this is I now have a Sportswaffen account and have been wishlisting for the last few days
