I think some T06 triggers must just be lemons because some of us seem to be able to adjust them without any problem
What part do you think is agricultural?
Have you seen this

Genuine question . How many Rekord or CD trigger setups have had broken sears ?

Yes we know about the HW cocking links breaking. This thread is about triggers

If there is a genuine fault its worth posting but i'm not sure that the one picture of a broken hook is a genuine fault, a lot of HW shooters was unaware of the fault with the cocking link on the underlevers that have no ABT and there have been lots of pictures of broken and cracked links also mentioned in a airgunworld mag article, that is more like a genuine fault.
T06 Diana trigger unit is a very good trigger unit but it will never be a match for the HW record unit its years old but still the bench mark spring airgun trigger unit.
Dave.
I had 4 here earlier this year. 3x 280s and 1 52.
I only managed to adjust 1 satisfactorily
by agricultural I meant simple and cheaply designed, not rough
No Barry I haven't read that. I only have one of the 280's left and its spot on. I don't need to read any more on it.
No point asking provocative questions and getting the hump when responses don't suit.

All I said was the hook looks really tiny and I would worry about it failing. I forgot about the one you mentioned that had failed. I'm just used to seeing a very large chunk of hardened steel, like the CD or the Rekord.
It is very tiny, mine broke after I fitted a Diana 45 barrel to my older 34 which had a T06 trigger conversion, not sure why it broke but I think it wasn't catching properly as the cocking arm mounting pin hole was in a sightly different place on the block and I don't think it was pushing the piston back far enough.

Far too many rifles to list now, all mainly British but the odd pesky foreigner has snuck in
All I remember is when I got the barrel from the bay it said Diana 45 on the advert (it also said it would fit the 34), I presumed that the fitment would have been generic, the barrel fitted the cylinder and the pivot pin went through, the difference seemed to be the size of the ball bearing on the breech lockup mechanism and when fitted, the top of the breech block didn't seem to sit flush with the cylinder when shut, when cocked it didn't seem to feel as if it was on the sear properly and the gun went off on it's own seconds after being locked up, the gun wouldn't cock again after that and the sear had broken on investigation.
