Compare a few airguns to the cost of a boat / motorcycle / horse etc, etc, etc.

Of course- plenty on the bbs with lots of hobbies and toys-twats!!

..And the total value of all my guns will be less than a few months' depreciation suffered on an expensive car or bike.

And I'll have loads of guns to tinker with when I retire and have some spare time on my hands.

    Addiction

Buying a new(or old) gun is proper exciting, shooting said item is fun, holding said item is fun, looking at said item is fun, wiping down said item is fun. It makes no sense but I like it & all things considered doesn't cost that much. But then again my name is J & I am an addict.

ok, I admit it, I've got a problem.

Agreed x5 and (ahem) "my name is Gareth W-B and I'm an air gun addict, too". Phew, glad I'm finally out.

We should form some sort of society where we can all discuss our terrible addiction & the awful damage it causes to our lives, maybe we could call it something like Airgun bbs?😉

    'Tis true, Graham.

It's been a hard slog with not a few pitfalls along the way, but just a few more metres to go now. If all goes well, I think the ETA's looking like Saturday morning. Keep it hush hush, though.
