Interesting when’s it on?

A man can always use more alcohol, tobacco and firearms.
Complain to the BBC.
Certainly after transmission but if possible before. It seems that the BBC are guilty of an offense.
The items in question must be possessed as "an antique or curio" and not for business purposes.
They are "using" these firearms which is not covered.
Interesting.
picture appears to show S & W 2nd Model in 38 S&W which I would have thought not antique as ammo is commercially available...?

Having watched the prog, I find it disturbing that the .44 Russian cartridge is on the obsolete calibres list. Seems to be a bit of a hole in the law with some cartridges being relatively easy to fabricate from other similar cases. A muzzle loading colleague has also been known to fabricate 12 bore BP pinfire cartridges just to see if he could - they worked fine but were far too much trouble to be a worthwhile in quantity. Once again it seems that the law is a little naïve and over simplistic. I suppose given enough resource and motivation almost any cartridge could be home made.
True freedom includes the freedom to make mistakes or do foolish things and bear the consequences.

A cut down .410 cartridge will fit any manner of firearms - these criminals are not interested in any sort of accuracy, if it can be physically stuffed in, no matter how loose, it's good to go. More and more regulation just moves the problem. If an antique pistol is commanding £2,500 then there's people out there who would consider the return achieved by making a batch from scratch worthwhile.
