The blueing is pretty good as well,so overall the out of the stock appearance is very neat and functional.
The breech block is a ballistic material and also houses the rear open sight, an identical material seems to have been used to make the front open sight housing/cocking sleeve. so over all ,yes looks technically very neat.
According to the supplied stamped and signed manual it was manufactured in the USSR 2009. greased and wrapped in brown preservative paper.I followed the re commisioning instructions carefully!

I imagine the power is mid to low range.
