Somehow, I was expecting Chris to provide a more compelling reason for 1986.
We must go with what we have, and if 1986 or some such is the cut-off date for what most of our shooters OWN, we'll have to select that as the date.
It does seem odd to me to describe something only 13 years old as being "vintage", though.

I could say that was a typo! Or simply that I've not yet recognized any date post-90's as being real: or that I became a genuine "antique" nearly a decade ago...
If 50 years old is an antique, and we're speculating that 25ish is "vintage"...oh, hell, I'm going to look up the antique collector's def of vintage!
