You are best with the mod adapters from JS Ramsbottom - https://www.jsramsbottom.com/guntuff...etta-92fs.html

You can then fit any 1/2 inch UNF threaded moderator. I have one and it works well. The original Umarex moderators are only cosmetic and are like hens teeth to find

Apologies, I can't find a way to add photos to the post!

Starting with a mod adapter is the thin end of the wedge, before you know it you've got a fancy silencer, aluminium sight rail, decent red dot sight to go with it, nice hand made wooden grips, fancy screws to hold said grips, stainless screws and bolts and a nice case to put it in. You then realise you're looking at £500 worth of investment in what is really a plinker. Looks good though.

I have the 92fs XXtreme it comes with a (pretend) silencer but if you cover the holes it does actually silence it, not as much as a dedicated silencer but enough for garden shooting.

There is a better option for an adapter that will not leave nasty marks on you gun. See:

I've had a moderated 92 for years as a discreet back garden gun

The Ramsbottom adaptor is good, a twist of insulating tape prevents barrel marking

A slim alloy silencer allows the sights to be used

A fun gun with an excellent D/A trigger
