I used N160 with 120g pro hunters on deer
And 120gr Nosler bt for long rang target/varminting out to 600 yards
Both were very accurate loads with the bt having a low ES

This is the issue, mind you not far off hornady's latest pricing. Last lot of 35 gr v-max in to the RFD are going out at £30/100, 143 gr eldx are on a par with the the ABLR.

Will be running Barnes VGs in the hornet going forward!
    Thanks for looking

Only for lighter bullets around 100 gr, 120s at a push but your case fill will be crap. Conversely N10 will work for the heavier end of .243 87/100 and 120/140 in x55

Not N140 if you're shooting light bullets in one and heavies in the other, N550 looks to be the best compromise and will allow you to do both

    6.5x55 Load

43 grains of Ramshot Hunter behind 140 grain Sierra bullet. Either Matchking (Target) or Spitzer (stalking).
