I hope the curse of a thousand gypsies causes thieving scums' knackers to fall off, deposit themselves in their throats and cause them to choke to death.

Bit extreme? Maybe. But just, I think.

    Harsh, but fair

When you get the serial number, I will circulate it locally.
    Good Luck.

    No!

Write them on a piece of paper, think of where you would look for that piece of paper if you needed it, and put it there.

That applies to all important information about your life.

Forget your password, or the 'cloud' goes bang, then you're completely lost. If you forget where you've put your paper you'll have an hour or so of worry before its location comes back to you. Else you'll come across it when you least expect - but you will come across it.

    **** digital storage.

Do both, paper is good but you'd lose it in a fire or flood, the cloud gives an off site back up.
