I was up at 07:00. Yesterday it was 06:00 because I wanted to get a dawn start on the squirrels and subsequently went to bed early last night hence early rise this morning. Is your back still good mate ?

It was holding up well at The Bash ? Maybe you should move to Quigley Hollow permanently

My backs playing up again now I'm home after a week in Cyprus and then the bash. Kind of points to maybe the mattress or sofa, or maybe we just need to move into tents in Micks field

Our sofa really nadges mine up too, Mike.

I think it's the complete therapeutic package on offer at The Hollow that helps ebb those aches and pains away. Shall we do it again next weekend; I'm well ready!
