The lad I shoot with picked up a box of factory load 36gn grenades for the .223 and they are just silly.
Group as well as 55gn vmax through his 1:8 t3 and doing in excess of 4100fps over the chrono (and chucking flame out the end of the mod which says to me there may be unburnt powder going to waste too )

I've had mixed results with the 30 gr but I need to start the load development again with some non pistol primer which I finished of with a light load, think they need to pushed faster for reliable accuracy.
As I'm a glutton for punishment I'm picking up some 30gr Berger varmints next week, hoping they'll work in the hornet but twist may be a bit slow, in which case they'll get spat out out of my 1:9 CZ527 .223 at around 4100 fps, should be handy where a frangible round is a must

I load the latter over 12.9 gr of lil gun at 1.745", gives 3/4 " groups, expansion is good but not as violent or reliable (had a few through and throughs) as 35 gr v-max.
After reading the article I've decided tonight to treat myself to a second mag to convert to shoot longer rounds
