Well just a update
Had some better read outs today but still low
3250 fps with 11.2 gn powder
So bit better now still all in an inch at 100y so groups are spot on

Clean the sensors & change the battery ?

Could it be that the bullet/case has been crimped at slightly different pressure so one batch has more pressure build up ?
if your press was sat in bright sunlight the die's would warm & therefore expand which would size the case fractionally tighter.

clean and new battery's last time and same this time

Don't put crimp on
But this time seemed more consistent
I think it is to do with the neck on the case some way
Just want to try one more batch to make sure they are the same again
