Nothing to do with the VCR Bill,it was due to the reasons outlined below,treat customers like sh*te & they stop coming back.

I'm not surprized!!! I was unfortunate enough to deal with Litt's once and if they treated all their customers like they did me, then good riddance.

I've found in life you tend to reap what you sow...

Couldn't have put it better myself,though i do think its a shame in one sense,they were a good shop at one time.
