    I found a wee snippet from National Library of Scotland website that the name Maloch, Michie, and Crockart was still in use for the business as late as 1887. It is conceivable that their guns were still stamped thus around this time. A website for an auctioneers state that the company was dissolved in 1890.

    Thank you. That is interesting.

    I'll see if I can find Trade Directories or Post Office directories for the period 1878 to 1890 and see what turns up.
