Hi Lensman57, forgot to ask. Is the setting / club / ground in the first clip from 1993 'Springfield Air Rifle Club' (S.A.R.C.) from when it was located near the fish farm just outside of Ongar, or possibly the ground S.A.R.C. later moved to near Nine Ashes just outside of Ongar (where S.A.R.C. is still situated to this day -- although my money is on it being the fish farm if it is S.A.R.C. due to my memory of the time-line), or is it an early glimpse of ETL near the aptly named town of Grays, as I am sure I recognise the location (but given my age and penchant for cider, it is highly likely that I am quite wrong lol ). That is ETL Brothers of FT . taking the film is Colin Eaton . giving out prizes is Barry Warren .both of which were at the worlds last year in wales . you can see wayne twelthtrees and Matt Knock in it as well . good days . if interested you can see Big Terry and Dave Welham going on about FT back in the day over on the airgun forum.net . now back then i was going somewhere in FT . i am still going there , i just have forgotten where it is ??? Then thank your lucky stars it was ETL and not SARC when at the fish farm then, as with the water of the fish farm, them there shorts may've been replaced by SPEEDO's !!!

Cheers Holly. So, ETL it was/is then, and not the SARC fish farm site. A lot of those names you list are still floating around ETL and SARC, too. Further, those FT shooters (your self included) were the trail blazers responsible for the development of every aspect of the sub 12ft.lb air gun scene as we now know it today (including HFT, as I remember clearly when HFT came into being off the back of FT around 2002 time-ish). See, I knew you must be good for something, Holly. It just took us a while to find out what ???
