    Nah, I use a Redding F/L bushing die with no bushing which takes the neck to about 0.2". I then put the bushing back in and size completely. It needs trimming annealing before fireforming.

    Nah, I have been petitioning Lee to make the neck collet die in 17 Hornady Hornet but no luck so far. I can't be bothered with the faff a custom one though.

    try bullberry in the states or the woodchuck den they usually have a good supply of forming dies that's where I got mine from.
