Great review, I've tried half a dozen pellets and stuggling to get a decent group. My brother's WH40 likes Webley Mosquitos. I will buy some R10's.
I would be interested to know what pellet you would recomend.
Cheers

Nice review.
On the subject of muzzle flip I find it quite pronounced on the HW40. (Perhaps I'm just fussy?) A load of old pellets squashed into plasticine and formed under the barrel at the muzzle end reduces it greatly.
The pistol happily knocks over shotgun cartridges at 40yds as well (when I do my bit right of course )
Apologies Ian, I have only just noticed this
I was initially using AA Fields, as i have a few sp[are tins laying around (my AA S410 prefers JSB's)
Called into my local shop to ssee what wadcutters in, I got a tin of RWS Geco
These seemd good, put lots of swarf present and this caused the occasional flier, not good for 6yd scores
I also picked up a tin of Napier Power Targets, also wadcutter
These perform excellent, with no glaring fliers present
As per the above post, my next addition in a bit of weight at the front end, to help satabiles the aim, my hands wobble a little while on target
