Evo 10 Compact.
You don't have to buy it!
It's got to be about £1700. Maybe slightly less recoil. Nice to see the switch is in a better position. But at the end of the day, not enough done to make me switch from the fabulous EVO 10e.
Don't really like the look of it either from what I have seen in the short video.
I got very excited when I heard about the Feinwerkbau P8X when that came out. Had to have one. Whatever the cost. Had it a few months. Then I was shooting something else.
Done a full circle. Owned more or less everything. Spent God knows how much. Now more or less back to where I started.
Poorer, and now have a carrier bag full of left and right handed grips.

Nick, so you've finally settled on the Evo10e then ? Might be an idea for me to wait for reports on the new Morni before splashing out on the previous model.
Remember, it is the strongest character that God gives the most challenges.
Hopefully.
Been shooting one for a while now. Best trigger I have ever had to date. Gun looks great. Sights are easy to adjust and solid. These pistols like all others are steadily going up in price, so a bit like a Rolex. You shouldn't loose much when you eventually sell.
I was worried about the recharable battery, but it just holds charge for ages. Then when it's low, you get a light flash. But still good for 100's more shots. Charged mine for the first time last week. That's after about nearly a year on its first charge.
Infact I now have two, as recently purchased a black compact to try. Plus also purchased another LP50 as I quite missed the fun of shooting and owning a 5 shot.
All will have Rink grips as soon as they all arrive.
What's in your carrier bag of RH grips then??? :-)
Cheers,
Mark.
Too many guns, or not enough time?
I think the latest Morini match pistol looks superb and that it has finally received a long overdue and very tastefully executed update.
It will be nice to see one "in the flesh" and give it the "once-over" to see if the quality is as good as it's looks, but knowing Morini - it probably will be.
The lack of "adjustability" for the grip has always been one of the few criticisms made against the 162ie match pistol and that has now been taken care of and the design update certainly brings the top Morini match pistol bang up to date.
The trigger blade looks to be the same as the 162ie so it will only be adjustable for length - good for some, but not for others!
We have yet to see what technical advantages are claimed for the new pistol, but any improvement over the 162ie would make it a formidable performer as there is not too much wrong with the current models ability to win.
It needs to be good - the new LP500 is another really nice up to date design and is a real stunner that will attract a lot of attention.

very disappointed,are you ok??
I need a couple of hours with the LP500, anyone played with one yet ?

Both the LP500 and the new Morini have only been official announced this week, prototypes of both have been in the hands of a few world level shooters, but both have been officially announced an shown at the IWA show in Germany which started on Friday. Sadly strictly restricted to trade only.
It will be a while before both filter out, I think the LP500 looks very innovative
Have Fun
