Identify this pistol case! Please!

Hello Collectors,

Can anyone identify this pistol case for me please. Its very old, probably hand made and a one off. But I would love to know what pistol its actually for before I let it go.

Hi. Yep, looks like a hand made one off to me, too, and going by the cut-out, possibly for a Diana Mod.5 pistol ??? ... Best guess . Atb: G.

nope - but finding a pistol that fits it would!

I want to sell it mate. But how on earth can I put an ad up if I dont know what pistol its for!!
This case has been an ongoing mystery for many years!! I cant bear to chuck it away as someone spent major effort constructing it!

I think its for a Diana/Original model 6 actually. In one of the pics it looks like a depression for the pinion cap in the lid.

Careful, as it could not be clearer, as is the top/first sticky on this page, with possibly the least ambiguous heading of all the BBS stickies ... Please don’t be the first person I have to give a weeks holiday to in 2010.

Right its just a smidge over 40cm long at its longest point (muzzle to the end of cylinder) so it does tie in with the 400mm on that link you just posted http://www.luftpistolen.org/html/luf...diana_5_g.html

And... its just a fraction over the 180mm (18cm) as quoted on the same link. Measured from the bottom of the grip to the top of the rear sight area.
