    BOING !!!!!

Have you managed to have a go with your new little baby yet?
No unfortunately, I'm very busy trying to rectify the patio grouting, power washed it last week and it made quite a lot of holes in the grout so i've had to rake the lot out, and re-do it, I tried the method of brushing the dry mix of sand and cement into the joints but it dried without setting so I have had to clean it all out a second time and i'm gong to do it the traditional way with a semi-dry mix.
When I did get time to try it it has started to rain and there is no way its coming out of its box to get wet.

    Cheers
    Mel

Sorry to hear of your misbehaving grout, Mel. As you say, the semi dry version should do the trick, though.

And I can understand your reluctance getting the new baby wet, but your time will come and you'll love it!

Do you think they're all okay?

Anything to do with the Beast of Bosworth who preys on innocent campers?

Shout up someone, please, the rest of us are all getting worried now.

    Don't worry Tone

It's just that we're all a bit busy shooting the crap out of the bucket with the AirArms lads.

Apart from Captain Bongo that is who isn't feeling very well this morning --- must be something he ate.

    All the best Mick

Thanks for the update, Mick, such a relief to hear all is good and that the Beast hadn't ravaged the campers overnight!

Sounds like a good time is being had by all.

    Numbers healthy?

Have you hit that bucket then?

The Captain may be suffering from excess chocolate intake, maybe a nice shot of something a little, er, stiff, may help the young fella?

    Anyone taken any piccies?

    Grandson's christening soon.

Well caught up with the the usual shed tuner crew (Nick G, BigToe, Prosport177, myself) and we all had 22mm / 23mm toys; the firm consensus is they rock

Also picked up my latest project from Craig, who kindly dropped it off there (wasn't that much of an arm twist to be honest )

A few less there than the usual bash, but had a great time as usual, met a few new folks, managed to only take one other person's gun apart, and generally had a very good day
Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.

I didn't say it Phil. A bigger boy said it and run away!

    Tinbum Boings Ginsters

six glorious days at the Hollow.

S200 trigger fettled by the Cap'n.

An Evening with fashionable airgun journo TonyL.

    An afternoon with John 'SnoopGloop'.

Tinbum's Homemade Cornish Pasties: not only well filled and succulent, but also fresh from the oven at the correct chomping temperature.

Breakfast at Morrisons or breafast at Steve's QHAC HQ

Some mellow afternoons when the wind over-blew

Martin's clever terrier bitch throwing her ball out of her bowl & catching it.

Plus more magic QH moments too numerous to mention.

Chris,Steve, Nick, Dave, Mick Shirl...thanks mates

Remember early cheques for bashes don't get cashed until the event happens. But they do help Mick & Kev the caterer plan work & supplies. So..

Please get your September Bash cheques posted ASAP.

    Right here, Mel!

Sorry, only just got on. Late home from the Christening, as the wife was helping cater for the guests and then clearing up etc!!! All I could think of all day was of what may be happening at The Hollow!

    Terrible timing!

So glad you had a great time, Gwyn, and that, by the sounds of it, the event was yet another success and enjoyed by all.

Fashionable airgun journo? Me? I think you're mistaking me with someone else, sir!

    Anyone have any piccies, then?

And, yes, you are so right.......onwards and upwards to the September Bash.....Now just 34 sleeps to go (for Saturday arriveees).

Please, please folks, try and get the cheques in nice and early to help Mick and CrazyKev with the planning. As Gwyn says, the cheques don't hit the bank until just after the event has taken place, so you're not actually paying anything now, but they'll have a better idea on numbers.

Come on, let's drive this and make it our best ever!!

    Oh, and.....

And you'll definitely have to return for the next Bash to pick up the AAOC raffle prizes you won Jon.

I also have Purl's prizes sitting safely in the house for him.
