hi, h+n were spot on rapid mk 1 +2 .hardly any hold under/over with a 30/30 ret to bother about at sub 12 ranges. was satisfied with them so never looked for anything different. at that time there was only bisley and crossmans available . atb gc..

hi, with my fac pcp and 18" barrel I found the grouping opened up at 27+. with a bit of testing my set up ran best around 24 /26, the lower gave me a few more shots and was very constant on the fps.. atb gc..

    FTT for me too.
I also find that the JSB Heavy 13.7 grain are usually OK too in legal limit. However even if they are as accurate I pick the FTT because as they are lighter they fly flatter for longer. They are also cheaper to buy. Clearly if they are more accurate I would use the JSB.

    H&N FTT For me

Used to great effect in my Rapid MkII.

Tried Accupel, Loguns and JSBs accuracy better with FTTs and they are not that much heavier than 177 JSBs i use in my other MkII

Bunnies seem not to like them much though?

The Crossman premiers in the cardboard box shot reply well in my .20 rapid and in my HW100 too
My falcon loves FTT so I'm sticking with them at the minute

For all the talk there's been regarding the limited availability of .20 ammo, we're actually quite well served with that which we have, as they all seem to work. Sure there's room for improvement but between that available, even bisley super field (out of my 95 I've had my best sub 30y groups with super fields), we're not doing too bad.

A new pellet around the weight of the bisley super field but with a better BC I'd think would be a welcome addition to the fold, for us sub 12 guys. But it's only a suggestion

I have done and I found them OK up to about 800 ft sec which equates to 16 ft lb. Over that and it is JSB Heavy all the way.
Remember however that the black art of pellet/barrel matching means you have to test your particular barrel to get the best results. What works for me may not work for you although the general rule holds good that if you increase the power heavier pellets tend to work better.
As a side issue I once tested a .177 FAC Rapid that spat out 8.4 grain JSB pellets at insane supersonic speed-around 1100 ft sec with pinpoint accuracy. I only turned it down because the air economy went to hell in a handcart. Oh and the noise.

Used both FTT's and JSB exacts in my .20 Hw100 and for my gun the JSB's win hands down.
The FTT's had loads of damaged skirts ( could of just been unlucky with my 15 tins ) and rubbish accuracy compared to the JSB's.
Best Buy some pellet samples to see what works best for a particular barrel .
The .20 JSB's love shooting shot gun shells (used ) at 100 yards ( indoors) the FTT's struggled at 50 yards. I now have only one pellet type in my gun room as I'm a one gun man.

Crossman prems 14.3 or bis mags both work well at about 1000 fts

Using accupell at 925fps at the moment. Fancied trying the ftt for lower ftlbs and closer ranges.
