I don’t claim expertise on those. There may be some that are longer, maybe the early ones (?), but in general they are thin things, so can look a bit longer than they actually are.
To use a firearms analogy, a Luger (thin tapering exposed barrel, some mechanism behind the grip) is about half an inch longer than a 1911 (thick blocky full-length slide, no mechanism behind the grip), but I think most people would say the Luger is shorter or the same length.
What about that one with the swing out bayonet fitted to the front? Noisan Nagant (sp?)

I had a 1974 35E had a 22" barrel the new ones are 20"
My Webley Patriot with mod needed a 52 inch gun bag to carry it around
Just measured my Original Mod. 50 - it comes in at 44.5".
Not the longest mentioned here but undeniably long in a Mauser-like way.
Just need a bayonet for it now...
