    Gary,

Neil's FWB600, or similar SSP rifle, would be an excellent fit for your needs.

And a much better fit than the Air Arms MPR.

    Have fun

    Best regards

    Welcome to the sport!

Classics are what they say they are, classics! And technology has moved on (a lot!), but don't discount the later SSP's and Co2's.

The best balance of technology and economy is the earlier PCP's such as the Walther LG300, and FWB 700's, some people have funny ideas on value, but all are available in side the price of an MPR and will be vastly superior.

    Welcome, and Have Fun

Walther KK500 Alutec expert special - Barnard .223 "wilde" in a Walther KK500 Alutec stock, mmm...tasty!! - Keppeler 6 mmBR with Walther grip and wood! I may be a Walther-phile?

The FAB is a beautiful example of near mechanical perfection.

    Have to agree, I have several FWBs, including a 601 & it's a masterpiece!
