Impossible to answer. The following may or not not apply:

1. The gun is bad and should be returned and replaced.
2. The gun is fine, they all do that. Sorry, that’s what they are like.
3. The gun is fine but try different ammo.
4. The gun and ammo are fine but that’s just how you shoot it. Maybe you aren’t a great pistol shot. Maybe you are, but it just doesn’t suit or fit you. That happens, sometimes.
5. A combination of some of the above.

Personally, I’d go for 1 or 2. That looks pretty poor. But have you tried careful slow fire from a rest to eliminate number 4? Or different ammo (number 3)?
