    Avoid, the seller is a liar and thief, he has been banned from most if not all air gun sites for fraud where he posted as Bigchap.

    Interesting i enquired about this rifle a week ago could not contact him on is mobile even left a message but with no reply.

    I notice he hasn't qiven the most important detail, the serial number, which will determine the 'Club' model and approximate year of production.

    This Airsporter Club was recommended to me last night by a well meaning friend and Rossendale Club member - I will let him know.

    Thief

    Bought a gun from him, paid by bank trans, he promised to post. No gun received, weeks later he confesses he's sold it to somebody else. He still has not returned my money. All detailed on the other popular forum.

    I had a load of hassle with this guy over a £30 BSA Cadet, which he also promised to someone else after I had sent the payment. After six or seven weeks he finally sent the gun when I managed to speak to his wife/partner/ significant other and he was made to realise that I was more than prepared to travel to his house (with the boys) to retrieve my money. It was all on the forums, and Bigchap got a ban from at least one. Lots of people contacted me to tell their sorry stories.

    Hi Mike, thanks for the warning, looks like a nice rifle but the price would be too high for me anyway!

    It's things like this that make these forums so good, people can warn others of anyone doing shady deals or doing others out of money. (scams)
