we've only had a little rain here today thankfully and I managed a few hours at my permission today, bagged a couple of woodies and got some plinking in too

Unfortunetly due the Mrs Blackrider's retirement break consisting of a weeks holiday in Northumberland, (She finishes work at the end of August) I wont be able to make this one.

Never mind, the Bash experiance will be all the more fresher when we meet up once more in November !

It'll be "fresher" alright, John.

Shame we won't be seeing you at this one, though, but will look forward to seeing you again in November (hopefully earlier if we can sort anything out?).

I saw that, I just missed the meeting where it was ratified. I suppose my application for the proceeds to be put toward rehoming Cornish Cider in safe family homes fell on deaf ears then?

Hello all.
Yep, Mick has very kindly agreed to a competition in aid of a charity at the next bash.
Still in its infancy at the moment as I'm still in talks, so I can't give specifics - but it'll be a competition suitable to all levels and should also have a decent prize for the 'best in show'.
