That's about the only positive .22 has.

.20 is simply the worst of both worlds. Unless you have one of course in which case you're affected by the reality distortion field and they are wonderful.
I have. 177, .20 and. 22. The. 20 is the go to gun. I have no loyalty to the calibre, except that it does the job best for me. Sub 12 hunting.

If it wasn't the best for the job, I wouldn't use it the most.
