Broken and repaired stock, and the lack of finish will hurt the value quite a lot. £40-£50, maybe, but I'd err on the lower side of the estimate.
Having participated on a few of these in the past, can the learned collective help with a valuation of my own please?
It's a Webley Mk3 in .22 thats had it's stock repaired where it was badly broken in the past and bodge repaired with nails!!
The stock has had a steel pin hidden between the repair and cemented with polyurethane adhesive so its probably stronger than it was originally
The remaining holes have just been filled with wood filler and refinished.
The action has no rust, but not much in the way of original bluing either...
The gun has had a brand new leather piston head from Mr Knibbs fitted as the original was a mess.
It cocks and shoots quite nicely at a little over 6ft/lbs and while the mainspring looked OK I suspect its the original one and could do with replacement to bring the power up a little.
The open sights are all present and correct and its quite accurate when tested out to 20yds.

Any idea what sort of price to put on it for sale would be most appreciated...
Thanks

The South of England has 2 good things, the M1 and the A1. Both will take you to Yorkshire.
The sights are worth the lowest quote. For interest what's the Serial No. looks mid /late 50s and probably has serial stamped in the stock too.
Good fun to shoot even as is.
For a classic early Mk3 Webley even in that condition l would have to say £80-£90 all day long. as what could you get new for that price and quality.
The rifle is a Mk 1 so at least £75
Its going to cost someone £70 or so to service repolish and reblack, it needs a new stock at probably £80 as thats beyond hope.
Its probably worth £180 or so completed as its still refinished rather than original
Based on that I'd offer you £50 posted for it but its probably financially better for you to break it up
A man can always use more alcohol, tobacco and firearms.
